GLIDOL - Vibro Finishing Chemicals

"GLIDOL" is a range of specialty mass finishing chemical compounds for various finishing operations like deburring, polishing etc. Different grades are available for different metals and operations.

 A.   POLISHING AND MIRROR-FINISHING COMPOUNDS 

GLIDOL K-1 : Acidic polishing compound liquid for ferrous/non

 

B.   METAL CUTTING COMPOUNDS 

These compounds only work with ceramic media.

GLIDOL K-10 : Alkaline abrasive compound for metal-removal and deburring for Aluminium, Zinc die-cast and other non-ferrous metals.

GLIDOL K-12 : Alkaline deburring, derusting and descaling compound for all ferrous metals. Ideal for removal for heat-treatment scale, forging scale, casting surface, and rust removal in a single operation.

GLIDOL ACF : Alkaline abrasive compound for heavy deburring, derusting, descaling for all ferrous & non-ferrous metals.

 

C.      DEBURRING/ DERUSTING / DEGREASING COMPOUNDS

A range of compounds for mild operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. These compounds will work with eramic/plastic/steel media.

GLIDOL ASR : Acidic rust / scale removing compound. Suited for deburring, degreasing and derusting of all ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Brightens non-ferrous metals.

GLIDOL ASR N: Mild derusting and deburring compound for non-ferrous metals. Excellent degreasing and good brightness on non-ferrous metals. Used prior to plating / painting since surface is activated.

GLIDOL DBP : General purpose deburring compound for non-ferrous metals especially Aluminium.

GLIDOL DBD (P) : General purpose degreasing, deburring and polishing compound for steel and cast iron. Mild rust protection on finished components (if they are not rinsed after processing in DBD P).

 

D.       DELINING COMPOUNDS for HAND-TOOLS FINISHING

GLIDOL 700 range : A range of acidic compounds for delining operation (removal of grinding belt lines) especially for Hand Tools used along with high abrasive ceramic media.

GLIDOL HP : Polishing compound to be used after delining operation used along with low abrasive ceramic media.
